Navigate to "Manage Inventory" in Amazon Seller Central. Select the specific SKUs you wish to remove and click "Create Removal Order."
Important: You must choose "Ship To Address" (not Dispose). This is where you input your unique Jet Worldwide account details.
Amazon allows you to enter a custom Order ID. Do not leave this blank. Enter a reference number that you can track later. If you leave it blank, Amazon generates a random string, making it difficult to reconcile which goods have arrived at our warehouse.
Amazon does not ship everything in one box. One removal order may arrive in 20 different small packages from fulfillment centers across Calgary, Mississauga, and Delta. Jet receives these individually, inspects them, and consolidates them onto a single pallet or into larger boxes for cost-effective forwarding.
Occasionally, Amazon offers limited-time promotions to remove inventory for free (waiving the standard per-unit fees). Watch your Seller Central notifications closely. Having your Jet Canada address ready means you can act immediately when these promotions drop.
